MSP Center Plus has an inbuilt helpdesk that can convert emails into requests automatically. All you need to do is input the mail server address, email id, and password to MSP Center Plus. For example if you publish helpdesk@yourcompany.com as your helpdesk email id, once you input the details to MSP Center Plus, all the emails sent from your customers to this id will be available as requests in your helpdesk system.

Your helpdesk staff can

  • pick up the requests
  • classify the request based on priority and urgency
  • assign it to appropriate administrators
  • reply back to the sender
  • or forward the email to anyone
  • annotate important notes
  • close the request upon completion
