SLA Management

You can now create and manage SLAs based on the availability of the managed devices. Assume that customer A wants an SLA assuring 99.6% availability for all the servers month after month. All you need to do is create an SLA in the MSP Center Plus by providing the following details.

  • add the customer's servers into the SLA
  • provide the agreed SLA value (99.6% in this case)
  • provide the threshold value so that you get alerted before hand. (threshold value will be greater than the SLA value - ex: 99.7%)
  • provide the monitoring window - whether the SLA is for 24x7 or only for selective time periods on selective days such as monday-to-friday 8AM-to-8PM

SLA dashboard

Every SLA has a dashboard showing the agreed SLA details, SLA performance history, Availability distribution of devices covered in the SLA, list of devices that affect the SLA, the availability of devices covered in the SLA, and the outage history.
