Designing the rules and setting the matching criteria enable automated action based on the incoming service requests without any manual intervention.Defining the rule requires setting the corresponding criterion and the condition. Specific values can also be chosen if required. The business rules may be organized by moving them up or down depending on their priorities. In the hypothetical FineNet Managed Services, business rules named "Warranty Dispatch", "Server Rep Change" and "Server Category Change" are used on incoming requests. All requests whose title contains the word "Warranty" are automatically dispatched to the "Warranty Group". Requests, which contain the description "Active Directory", will be assigned to support representative Howard the Active Directory expert. Any mail that contains "f****" or any other word that shows frustration are automatically marked to our boss !! Setting business rules ensures automation of routine or match-based tasks, saving human intervention and time. Need Features?
