VQManager monitors important VoIP QoS metrics - packet loss, jitter and delay - to give MOS scores for calls as they happen in the network. Live VoIP quality statistics with live call bandwidth utilization trends aid on-the-spot troubleshooting of user complaints. The Administrator is provided with the number of attempted calls and active calls at any point of time with drill-down to details of the calls.
