Endpoint specific QoS summaries

VQManager gives QoS details along with important statistics such as Answer Seizure ratio(ASR), Average Call Duration(ACD), peak usage period and low usage period for individual endpoints. Separate summary statistics are also provided for all incoming calls and all outgoing calls allowing troubleshooting of endpoint specific user complaints.



Call specific QoS details

Individual call QoS trends with originator and participant details such as phone ID/SIP URL, IP Address, 'Media Port', etc.. Codec details such as Codec name, RTP clock rate, packet Size etc. for each call are also provided.
