In-built alarm definitions using 'Average length of Call(ALOC)', 'Answer Seizure Ratio', 'Call Set-up time' and 'Average Answer Delay' time as alarm triggers. These definitions can also be modified to suit Administrator requirements.

Severity-based alarm categorization

Three different severities: 'Critical', 'Major' and 'Warning', help define a three-tier approach to alarm problem-cause handling. All alarms are grouped according to their severities, with details of each alarm and drill-down to the calls that have contributed to the alarms.
